Pastor Rebecca Buckley

Rev. Rebecca Buckley has served as pastor of Ocean Avenue Presbyterian Church since 2014.  Prior to being ordained, Rebecca served on the staff of First Presbyterian Church of Berkeley for 15 years in the area of Mission Outreach.  She also taught English to international students for 20 years.  Rebecca grew up in the Bay Area and enjoys spending time with her adult daughters, Melissa and Christina.

 

Pastor Frank J. Beltran

Rev. Frank Beltran received his pastoral training in the Philippines and has served as a pastor in both the Philippines and the United States for many years.  Pastor Beltran also spent 20 years serving as a Chaplain in the U.S. Army and was posted throughout the U.S. as well as Germany, South Korea, and Haiti.  Rev. Beltran and his wife Lorna enjoy spending time with their adult children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
